In this chaotic, technology-driven world there is much to be said about cultivating a hobby that allows you to get off the ‘hamster wheel of life’.  In addition to relaxation, hobbies offer creativity, sensory engagement, self-expression and cognitive stimulation. 

But hobbies can also create a lot of physical clutter with collected supplies, crafting tools and ‘what if I need this someday’ materials.  As well, too many unfinished projects can also create mental clutter.
